This blog is a kind of force. It pushes me to think about what have I learnt … so obviously I did not learn a lot since my last post. But wait.
Is it possible that a person does not learn anything while interacting in any way?
So, in the past few days I learnt:

> landlords who are trying to rent out shit holes par excellence are pushing the rents up, because landlords with a-bit-better-than-shit-hole-places compare their shit holes with shittier ones and end up having unreasonable prices - get your asses to IKEA ffs!
